Quotas are per calendar month and reset on the 1st. Both plans allow 30 requests per minute per key.
Tool calls return an error explaining that the monthly quota is reached, with a link to upgrade. Nothing breaks and no key is disabled — the next month starts at zero again.
Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account drops back to the free plan. Your API key keeps working at free quotas; there is no cut-off and nothing to re-issue.
Yes — a VAT invoice per payment. Belgian business customers additionally receive a structured e-invoice over Peppol, which is what Belgian B2B invoicing legally requires since 1 January 2026.
Because that path calls an LLM over a scanned filing, which costs real money per document. It is charged once per filing ever: the extraction is cached permanently (a filed annual account never changes), so the second person to ask for the same PDF filing pays nothing against their cap.
